      Great co-workers Very talented professionals Family-oriented Can work flexible work shcedules, still 8 hrs+ a day ,but flexible work start times.

      Cons

      No raises in 5 years No room for upward mobility Extremely negative, stressful and crazy environment when the owner is around Located in a very dangerous part of town

      Pros

      Long time employee. The owner is very active in the business now and is open minded and very hands on. Lets people do their job. They just want you to get the job done and work hard. After all it is a JOB! Lots of perks and beauty products. If you have ideas the management and owner listen.

      Cons

      Some of the employees are very negative and never have anything nice to say to anyone one. They bring the energy of the company down.
