Pros

In my opinion the pros of working here are: - If you commute by car the location is accessible by major highways I-88, I-294 and I-290. - There is paid overtime for qualifying positions.

Cons

In my opinion the cons of working here are: - If you commute by public transportation, CTA trains and PACE buses will get you near but a 4-5 block walk is still required. This is fine in good weather, but in heavy rain or Chicago's winter months not so much. - There are no defined career paths for current employees. - Room for advancement is minimal. - There are no performance reviews to give employees feedback on what they are doing right and what they need to work on to advance. - Employee benefits/guidelines are not documented. - The company is privately held so no information is shared or obtainable about the current financial health of the company. - Management does a poor job in leading employees toward meeting goals that are not well defined. - Employee turnover is high. This is bad because people are lost around the time they are just becoming knowledgable useful members of their teams. - Employee morale is ususally low and management does nothing to determine the source and try to improve it. - Salary ranges vary widely for the same position and salaries do not correlate to ability/performance. - Management views employees as commodities and treats them as replaceable cogs in a machine.

Pros

They are the best place I've worked for, they really take care of their employees, they give yearly bonuses and yearly profit sharing check, and loyalty bonuses, healthcare, and up to 1 month PTO. They have lots of opportunities to grow and learn

Cons

We do work 10 hour days, which can be tiring, but there really aren't any cons to working here

Pros

They taught me a lot while working there. Benefits were good.

Cons

Departments spread out in three different buildings. No raises for several years. Low salary.
