      Pros

      The owner is a nice enough of guy thats means well. Great co-workers and flexibility.

      Cons

      Owner mis handles money and you always feel like the company is going under while co-workers go unpaid. Owner is constantly chasing money the quick and easy way and looses out on opportunities due to the inability to keep to a schedule .
