      Pros

      Once you build your seniority, the company did protect you and make sure you had another job lined up after your contract ended. The company is now apart of Information Innovators Inc, so far so good, PTO is more.

      Cons

      Salary- They underpay however if you come with a counter they are willing to listen and accommodate your request

      Pros

      Very supportive of all staff. Even if you're billable staff, they don't just throw you away when the contract is over. Always working to improve your skill sets so you don't get pigeonholed. Telecommuting wasn't a problem either. Everyone I knew felt like they were almost family.

      Cons

      It is a Federal contractor - the pro's and con's of that are fairly obvious: you can't stay on the bench forever.

      Flexible hours, plenty of tools and equipment to get the job done

      Cons

      The building was a little dated. Consistent work to keep us all busy.
