Cons
Management: -Micromanages employees, forces you to wear a cheap headset (even if you have a hearing problem). Plays favorites, not open to feedback. Office: -They use an old fashioned key which is not available to all employees. I showed up early everyday, and had to wait for the employees to arrive (who came in late). -Office is unrecognizable from the street. Has the same number as the office right next to it. Other: -On my first day I arrived to a dusty phone, desk, and laptop. Desk was very messy with old papers, resumes. I also had 70 voicemails on my phone. No welcome package, on-boarding, or anything resembling any type of effort. Very disappointing. -Non-competitive compensation in the industry. Very low compared to other companies. -After calling the "HR Department" to request my personal items be shipped to me, I was treated like dirt and said there was nothing they could do about it. Threw away my expensive jacket and vest. -Zero culture, office smells, and is a mess.
