Pros
I can genuinely say that I have never felt more valued or supported as an employee than I do right now at CDMG, in a more "low-key" role than any of my previous roles with other companies. The compensation is sufficient for this role, and although I'm not yet salaried, I have heard great things about the benefits. The work-life balance is amazing and anyone who says otherwise, I would argue doesn't have great boundaries. Boundaries here are very much respected. I actually look forward to waking up every morning and coming to work. Caleb is an excellent, non-micromanaging boss, no matter your role. He's extremely picky when it comes to finding the right new additions to the team - that's an EXCELLENT thing and I'd say he's done a killer job. While he doesn't micromanage, he does still have expectations, so if you are somebody who is mature enough to have the initiative to direct your own work flow and meet those expectations, you will succeed and enjoy yourself. The team is friendly, welcoming, talented, devoted, and supportive; just amazing! Both offices are beautiful, clean, and inviting. Absolutely no drama or weird competitions between employees. They are understanding if you have illnesses or life circumstances. I feel that all roles are given equal respect by everyone involved and that is rare! I couldn't ask for a better company to work for - if you invest in them by doing your job and being a valuable team member, they will invest and pour back into you! It's a blessing to work here and I can really see myself here for the long-haul.
Cons
There's a couple roles here who seem to be very spread thin. But I do feel that it would be corrected if expressed! Also, it would be nice to see some more racial/cultural diversity. In the majority of cases, I would be someone to think that was intentional; I do NOT feel that way about CDMG. I think it was merely a happenstance.
