There aren't any pros of working for this company. Even if you are seeking to gain experience, this can be done faster and more efficiently elsewhere. You do not get your time's worth here, as there is zero training provided.

No training whatsoever. Excessive yelling and verbal abuse on a daily basis. Haphazard ways of conducting business that only waste time, money, energy. No standards. Low salary. No regard for personal time. Lunch breaks are discouraged. Improper procedures in place for sampling, surveying, etc. Schedules are not set, expect to work anywhere from 8-20 hours a day, weekends, and holidays. Advice to Management Doubtful management cares about any comments or input, as they have been approached before by various staff members but did not bother to look into the issues of concern that were brought up.
