Pros
The people in the office can become good friends outside work and a lot of fun can be had. The work they do is outstanding but comes at a cost to employees livelihoods.
Cons
Despite being friends with the people, they will cut you dry. They are very into micromanagement and will dive deep into anything that may seem “off” with their employees. Everything is about numbers to them, they don’t actually care. They are attracted to drama inside the office and towards other companies in the industry. They are very disorganized and do not compensate when work loads are increased. You can work your butt off but it will never be enough. New people come and go on a weekly basis because of this. Everyone is stressed and angry all the time because they can’t follow processes that work or try and understand where their employees are coming from. Never was I more depressed in a position at a job I actually worked hard at and cared about.
