Owners communicate with staff so you’re always prepared for a gig. Fun job working with interesting products at parties. Most of the time you get to eat what the guests are eating, if not, party planners provide an alternate vendor meal. Coworkers are hard working social types making working parties fun.

Sometimes parties end late so after pack up and drive home you’re beat.

Great schedule. If full time, you still get paid even when you don't come in. Due to the nature of the job, there are many slow days where you will be asked to stay home. Other times if you work late at event, you will likely be asked to stay home the next day.

Too much training before you receive appropriate pay for the work you do. You do get paid during training, but it's barely minimum wage. The training seems to go on forever.
