      Pros

      Interesting ideas and products. I hear it used to be better place to work before 2018.

      Cons

      - company is nothing like it shows itself online - big open space with 100 people stuffed inside - chaos and unorganized, 100 people grabbing food in a line and eating lunch at their work desks - even office plants are dead - planning to expand to 200 people in office space that can bearly fit 50 - horrible office location in the middle of nowhere (hard to reach) - CTO very unprofessional, openly making fun of employees

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues and strong culture. Exciting work. No two days are the same. Progressive and innovative. The best onboarding for new employees. Good processes in place for most departments.

      Cons

      Decisions can take some time. Committee work can be grueling, on top of your regular responsibilities. Sometimes too many standard operating processes in some areas and lacking in others.
