      -They provided snacks and drinks - Occasionally has social events

      Cons

      - Poor upper management that enforce in-office days but don't practise it themselves (Managing Director) - Low pay, managers are inexperienced and shifts blame on everyone else when things go wrong

      Amazing team, great culture, the best work/life balance I’ve ever experienced in agency life.
