Pros

Joanne will buy you lunch most days.

Cons

If you’re thinking about accepting a position at CIG I urge you to reconsider. The business is failing and management has no desire to change it. The company is stuck in the 1980s. The President is an older woman in her 70’s and has 0 desire to implement new ideas and frankly, just does not understand the technology and efforts needed to run and maintain a business. Most other employees are other women who are close friends to the President, which is incredibly frustrating because no one is held accountable and there is no equal playing field (so don't be fooled by the other review). Most of my time spent at the company was spent accompanying the President to her many doctor appointments or to her other personal obligations. If you’re looking for a job where you go to an old woman’s doctor appointments, get her mail, respond to her e-mails, eat lunch with her and shuttle around her trash to a dumpster- this is the job for you! This was NOT the job for me. I was severely misled when I accepted this position and I would warn anyone to think twice about accepting a position here.
