Pros
Great environment. Great people. Mike Tetterton the owner has one of the most generous hearts. You won't find another owner like Mike that truly cares about his employees. You have to work hard, but the return is amazing. The little things that the company does. Lunches, afternoon snacks, fun events, etc. Those are so much appreciated. I wish I was still there, but had to go for personal needs.
Cons
Don't change your concern for your people. People are not a number at CLS - don't change that.
