Pros

The designers and artists who work here are nice

Cons

Worked on a freelance contract recently and the contract was ended and there was disagreement on payment for partial work completion. The CEO was very rude and massively undersold the time required for a project, AND offered an irrefutably low amount of money for the project. When originally working with Creative Repute, it seemed nice. Until the lack of communication and excessive out of scope expectations arose.

Pros

My time at Creative Repute has been nothing but wonderful. Every person I interact with from CR has been kind and insightful. Additionally, the work is rewarding and well-compensated.

Cons

Sometimes, client feedback would come in late. But that's not Creative Repute's fault, so truly, I have no complaints.

Pros

I enjoyed my time working for the agency. Everything was remote and flexible with schedules. The communication was transparent and encouraging with room to grow. The first priority was establishing a workflow for all of the teammates, which I think Creative Repute has an advantage over other companies I had worked for. It was incredible to witness Nilé execute a client's vision by incorporation an aspect social, introspective perspective. This detail brings more into the final work. Lastly, Nilé serves their team well as a CEO by the transparent respect and offers grace. Many times, I find myself wanting to model my leadership and communication skills like Nilé to my own personal work.

Cons

When working remotely with teammates, it can be a hit or miss with results. The reasons are that you cannot bond with your teammates outside of the virtual world or post-work tasks. It was challenging to get on the same schedule with colleagues with our contrasting schedules or in our own time zones. However, that's just the nature of remote business.
