Excellent team, understanding leadership - Freelance Designer Creative Repute Employee Review

I'm about to celebrate my one-year anniversary working with Creative Repute -- and I mean CELEBRATE. There are so many things I love about being on this team. To name a few: - Outstanding opportunities for growth and learning - Remote work (and lots of it) + getting to set my own hours - The projects, which are always super exciting and tied to making a positive difference in the world - The team, which is friendly, encouraging, super chill, and ready to help when you need it - A founder that actually cares about their team and is always looking for ways to make the company culture even better The best part is, we're just getting started. The founder has so many exciting ideas for Creative Repute beyond our work as an agency and I can't wait to see them unfold!

The designers and artists who work here are nice

Worked on a freelance contract recently and the contract was ended and there was disagreement on payment for partial work completion. The CEO was very rude and massively undersold the time required for a project, AND offered an irrefutably low amount of money for the project. When originally working with Creative Repute, it seemed nice. Until the lack of communication and excessive out of scope expectations arose.
