Pros

Great Culture, Friendly Staff, Room to Grow and Learn, Never Dull, Casual Environment, Flexible & Friendly Management Responsibilities are ever changing and we're still learning as we go, but the team leads do a fantastic job of keeping our team together and are always willing to help out. The implementation of the training program and promotional path are definitely a big PLUS. The team can now learn and move up within the ranks much faster. The amount of knowledge you can earn here is quite amazing. I highly recommend for those just starting out and those with experience looking for a long term career.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is to face the challenges generally seen with a fast growing company and be able to adapt quickly to them.

Pros

Great hands-on experience for those just starting out in IT. You get a lot of exposure to different IT issues and environment that will set you up to work well in any IT organization. Culture in the company is overall pretty good, Most of the Team is really great to work with and have a good time while always being respectful to each other.

Cons

All the Level 1-3 support is outsourced to a 3rd party so there is nowhere to move up outside of the Field Tech team. There is a lack of communication between the Project Management, 3rd party support, and the field tech team which causes any errors on project to fall on the Field techs stuck on site, The company has been taking on more new projects that they can handle which causes constant out of state travel for the field techs with very little notice. It is very difficult to take days off or plan any appointments. There is a general lack of regard for the personal lives of the field techs. The priority seems to be always the client first over their own employees.
