      Workloads and performance expectations became very unrealistic with time. Somewhat challenging toxic work environment controlled by typical narc management style.

      Pros

      Great staff, great technicians, great setup crew, great van drivers and great schedulers. Great company to work for overall. No egos, no weirdness from other freelancers, great vibe on events and great work ethic, helpful and open attitude from fellow technicians if you have any issues.

      Cons

      After working for many AV companies over the years, on balance, CT Ireland are a great company to work for.
