      When they took over the red cross labs, we made more money

      Cons

      Everything. Upper management doesn't care about employees, very political. One time they asked for us to come together to discuss what we would like to make our work place better. When we told them we would like more communication the CEO proceeded to say "I don't know what type of communication you feel like youre missing" and completely dismissed us. They fired an entire department (the oldest department) via email

      Creative Testing Solutions did make the difficult decision to close its Austin laboratory at the end of 2025. We announced this decision in April 2025 to provide as much time as possible for our staff to pursue other avenues for work, including internally with our other facilities. We thank you for your service to the organization!
