Culture is lack luster. Ineffective leadership that’s not helpful in growing employees. Some of the sales heads are arrogant hotheads who don’t work smart or hard. The marketing team is inadequate and frankly not talented. One of their leads has been fired from nearly every job thry’ve held. They have lost nearly all of their top performers. Pay for women is inequitable and unless you’re friends with ownership, there is no future.
