Pros

The With One Voice program has the potential to change lives and bring so much joy to the community. Every one apart of the organisation are passionate abut changing lives and making a happier healthier community. Working on such an amazing charity has given me so many fantastic opportunities, and has helped me develop new skills. It is a privilege to be apart of such a talented and devoted team. They are all willing to take the time to assist you with anything you need, they encourage you and are generally lovely to work with. Without the constant support from the Board, Drive and focus from the Founder the organisation wouldn't have been able to achieve and succeed as much as it has.

Cons

It can sometimes be a stressful and busy environment, but that's because everyone in the team is very passionate and wants to achieve the absolute best to help the with one voice program succeed.

Pros

This charity delivers a very innovative social inclusion program called With One Voice and a global singing challenge called Sing for Good. These initiatives support a diverse range of people in need. The team, volunteers, Founder and donors are all passionate about changing the world and building inclusive communities. It is a heartfelt organisation and every week we received enormous gratitude from participants for how the program was changing their lives. Creativity Australia is also part of the social innovation co-working space Dimension5 and there are a number of interesting people and organisations moving into the space.

Cons

There is always a lot going on so if you like a challenge and can get stuff done and be prepared to be really hands-on you will thrive. However, it can be very demanding because it is a relatively new charity and so there are never enough funds to recruit as many people as needed.
