Very open and transparent. 4) They treat the team as equals and as adults. (very refreshing for Indian startup)

1) Not for everyone. You have to be willing to learn, unlearn, relearn fast. 2) Company doesn't brag about their good qualities or achievements online. So, lot of the good points or stories

I think this will look like a paid review if I don't leave a con, so here goes nothing- WFH might not let you enjoy some of the listed pros. But even WFH is often considered a pro in most people's books
