Cons
Backstabbing. Instead of approaching someone with an issue, it is perceived as OK, and actually supported and demonstrated by the boss, to talk terribly about others behind their backs. Owning up to one's mistakes is unheard of. Blame is rampant. Passive-aggressive bullying is the norm. High turnover.
