We would love to discuss these perceived shortcomings regarding the company face to face or over the call.
We consistently strive to make this place more performance driven where employees who have the courage to take step up in every occasions and accountability to deliver results. Of course in this endeavor some employees may not like our approach. The intention is to achieve greater excellence in what we do and have a single minded approach towards solving customer pain points and ensuring customer delight.
All our processes are inline with the above thought process. Some HR or Business policies are still evolving, which will always be the case. Various situations demand and compel us to look at the SOPs in different ways. (Example - Covid 19). That's what makes CredR a nimble and a much prepared company for the future.
