      Pros

      Other employees taught us about asset backed securities and basic balance sheets and models which is helpful as I am a prospective finance major.

      Cons

      Did not have a structured program for interns and employees were often very busy and it was often unclear on what was required. When we asked other employees they didn't seem to have jobs for us.
