-The people are nice and knowledgable -Management has a created a good work-life balance -Low stress environment

-Parent company has isolated Cree LED from the other brands and shows little interested in growing Cree LED -Cree LED Sales often fails to meet target goals resulting in bonuses frequently not being paid. -Cree LED President (Joe Clark) seldomly speaks to staff and disseminates information. This makes it difficult to understand the status and direction of the company.
