      * Many people eat Masala and you can not do anything as those are the senior persons * A lot of politics * This is not a place to work for female employees

      Pros

      Some senior people are surely want to help on your success, while some senior are just there to bost their presence and provide no help or suggestions (these are some who are present when company started)

      Cons

      - Not timely salary - Stops increment without any reason - Highly micro management (constant screenshot, time logging) - Less work - Toxic work culture - No work life balance, they ask to stay late to complete work (if there is any) - Managers provides estimations blindly and ask developers to complete tasks in those estimated hours
