      Early out before holidays, and will hire people without experience or license…if you are pretty. If you like sports you will like it here.

      Cons

      C-suite management is clueless. More drama than high school. Can’t replace experienced staff that quit. No option for career growth for women.

      Beautiful new office and extremely friendly co workers

      Cons

      Unrealistic amount of insureds expiring each month. Several non-renewals that require EXTRA work, but they don’t want to use Wholesalers. So you have to shop 5-10 admitted carriers.
