Pros

Just fine for freshers who want to start career.

Cons

Everything is bad about the company. Work culture, people, managers, management, salary etc. Company do not respect employee at all. If you are experienced and want to punish your self then only join . You will loose your respect and everything in the company. They over commit with clients and you will be pissed of from both side from client and company. There is politics all around the company.

1. Extremely toxic work environment fueled by constant office politics 2. Open and blatant favoritism; success depends on pleasing the right people, not performance 3. Zero transparency in promotions, appraisals, or key decisions 4. Horrible work-life balance with excessive working hours treated as the norm 5. Implicit pressure to stay available 24/7, including after office hours 6. Getting leaves approved feels like a battle, often leading to unnecessary stress 7. Complete lack of flexibility; rigid no work-from-home policy despite feasibility 8. Management appears indifferent to employee well-being and burnout 9. High-pressure environment with unrealistic expectations and no recognition 10. Demotivating culture that discourages growth, fairness, and accountability 11. Overall, a draining and frustrating place to work with little respect for employees

Pros

So far, I have not observed anything like that

Cons

Organisation has significant internal policies, which can created always negative work environment. AVP and HR interactions is worst in terms of professionalism communication and all employees support. Based on my experienced, i would suggest stay unemployed at home is far better over joining this unhealthy work environment.
