      Pros

      Coworkers are great, offices are new and nice, dress code is pretty lax company wide

      Cons

      Management is complacent. Management doesn't do very much training - they leave it up to the current employees and there are ZERO protocols in place. A lot of phone calls and emails to people who don't want to talk to you. Salary is low for the amount of work that is expected.

      Pros

      I got to WFH. My team was amazing. I would meet them whenever I flew to Michigan.

      Cons

      Antiquated systems to work on and Salesforce. I despise Sales Force but many people like it.

      Pros

      The team (not "family") atmosphere is great and helpful. Everyone contributes with full awareness of how each step in the process affects the next. Good on-the-job training, too!

      Not much, other than the occasional high-volume
