      Good work/life balance. Good management in my field. Reimbursement for outside 3rd party training and certs.

      Cons

      No possibility of overtime or additional pay. Pay is slightly lower than industry average. Company health insurance is very expensive.

      Great people and excellent family environment. Plenty of opportunities to learn new things

      Staffing was short because it's a contract business so you may work on multiple contracts at the same time.

      Great company to bridge that gap between military service and getting a job. They definitely train you and help you out with searching for a job.
