Pros

Roster: 5 days on, 3 days off. Meeting nice and interesting people (pilots, cabin crew, ground staff) You get a bottle of 1.5l water

Cons

Salary below average in each of their bases, terrible organization and hiring process. There is no filter in the hiring process - if you breathe, you are in. You don't even have to speak English properly or have any general culture knowledge. Extremely unprofessional - they were late to the interviews, they don't answer your emails. Your supervisors are people who can barely speak English. There are frequent mistakes within the salary calculation, you have to raise a ticket every month to rectify it.

Pros

- Provided me with an opportunity to move abroad. - Provided me with the opportunity to work even when I did not have much experience nor a college degree.

Cons

- I had to pay for a training course in full and in advance. Up to 3000 euros in order to get the job. - The training course was a nightmare, we were psychologically abused. They did not treat us with respect. Students were having anxiety attacks due to the pressure. - If we did not pass the training course we lost all the 3000 euros and the job offer. - The contract that we got paid us by the hour. Hence, during the winter when we only worked 40 hours in 1 month we could not even afford our rents. (This was not explained in advance) - The contract stated that we only got paid during the hours we were flying. All the work done on the ground was not counted. - Our preferences did not count for anything when they assigned us to a base (we did not have a say on where we wanted to live and work)
