Good software company. Good product. No micromanaging.

Benefits could be better, but above average pay makes up for that.

Most people were very nice to work with.

CEO didn't have any concept of, or seemingly any interest in morale or esprit de corps. Management had no power to make decisions. CEO ruled with an iron fist, which is unfortunate, because the company could be successful if the people in leadership roles (including the President/COO) were allowed to make decisions and lead their teams.
