Very mismanaged company - Lab Manager Critical Control Employee Review

The upper management is a wreck. The management changes out almost yearly and it is mostly due to the very volatile CEO. He makes very emotionally driven decisions that have driven the company from a publicly traded business, then Alykhan Mamdani took over and made decisions that tanked the stock price. They have irresponsibly wasted all of their invested dollars and they now have Russian investors because no one else will loan them money.
