Free insurance is trash. Not even the owner takes advantage, he pays. I know for a fact. He is VERY slow to pay out commissions and it’s not the full amount. If they offer you a vehicle allowance DON’T accept that. He has no integrity, is dishonest, and lies. He lies so much he believes what he says both to employees and customers. He will talk negatively about employees behind their backs, gaslighting individuals. He causes conflict and when employees try to fix the problem among themselves and call him out he will avoid. He’s an avoider and his defense mechanism is to ignore you completely. You’re in a 90 day review and his “advisor” is a joke. They will write you up for invalid reasons and not tell you. The advisor only collects a check and is fake as they come. He thinks HE runs the show and has absolutely no oilfield sales experience or background. He’s never been in the field and doesn’t understand the customer base. If you’re a seasoned sales rep this is NOT the place for you. His idea of training is you watching a 2 minute 70s video and talk about it and it only pertains to 1 person. If you’re new to sales and want experience….please save yourself and find another company. He asks the same 2 boring redundant questions every week. The honest review left was obviously Cameron. Once you know him, you know. Restaurant options, fishing come on guy. I couldn’t stop laughing at the idiocy. Now to wait for his equity comical rebuttal. Through all the verbal and mental abuse I endured there all I can do now is laugh. I pray for those who are currently suffering in the Croft cycle of abuse.
