The job itself isn't very challenging, it's fairly easy and doable.

Management blames the decrease in productivity and inefficiency to the staff, when they're the ones to blame. They like double checking everything done which consumes so much time, that instead of us being able to move on the next task we'd have to go over what we've just accomplish again.
