      Se puede aprender mucho y hay muchos proyectos muy interesantes.

      Cons

      Excesiva rotación de personas. Excesivo micromanagement. No hay planificación ni perspectiva a futuro. Cambios de planes continuamente sobre la marcha y sin sentido alguno. Desgaste mental.
