Poor psychological safety; raising concerns does not feel safe. 5. Feedback processes presented as confidential do not feel confidential in practice. 6. Management style felt defensive and resistant to challenge. 7. Shift patterns are extremely difficult, with no consistency and frequent single days off. 8. Management has confirmed that shift patterns will not change or improve. 9. Culture felt insular, intimidating, and emotionally draining over time. 10. Culture created stress and anxiety rather than support.
