Pros
The patient-facing clinicians are a pleasure to work with. The atmosphere is usually relaxed on & offstage especially when a clinic culture is established within a team. Great opportunity to really practice an interdisciplinary collaboration & continuity of care in action, as most disciplines are housed under one clinic. Good practice for clinicians to participate/hone their skills in care coordination & management.
Cons
Regional management up are all about pleasing "the client", which is sadly, not the patient community, which should be primary even for a "tech-enabled healthcare organization". There's really a ton more, but I don't wanna sound like a high-schooler, although I guess I would compare most issues that trickled down from high up as a bit girl-gang high-schoolish. I'm a grown adult, so I left.
