Pros
Incredibly supportive upper management and support staff - everyone really wants to help you to succeed. They encourage growth within your current role as well as the chance to "move up". Really good benefits (matching 401K, employee sponsored short and long term disability, 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays a year, company sponsored holiday parties and events quarterly). All in all, great place to work.
Cons
Since it's a fairly new company it still has growing pains; figuring out where we want to go and how we want to get there can be a slow process.
