Feels like the same pool of people are promoted every year, plus they are given special opportunities, involved in pitches, and have privileges that other people do not. Policies are unclear and ever changing. Below market pay and constant promises of bonuses and raises that don't seem to ever come to fruition. DEI efforts only come up when convenient and no real effort seems to be made.
