      Pros

      I was sold the story of Croud, a great agency with great clients and "we care about people" and how wrong this was. The only real pro here is the junior team.

      Cons

      I have never come across a more unprofessional or intimidating place. CEO is rude and aggressive and doesn't care about anyone. The CEO promised us a cost of living bonus and then took it back. The business just wasted loads of money sponsoring a football team and then lost its biggest client, its a total mess. There is a lot of great marketing online about the agency but internally everyone wants to leave, clients are handing in their notice and its all coming crashing down. The staff are being run into the ground.

      Kind coworkers, big-name clients, good health insurance

      Cons

      Disjointed communication across offices Feels like the same pool of people are promoted every year, plus they are given special opportunities, involved in pitches, and have privileges that other people do not. Policies are unclear and ever changing. Below market pay and constant promises of bonuses and raises that don't seem to ever come to fruition. DEI efforts only come up when convenient and no real effort seems to be made.
