Cons
Managers with no knowledge being put over a groups and major projects just to make their next career move. Doing projects even if its the wrong move because a partner says so and they dont know heads or tails of what's going on.Individuals speak unprofesdional, talk about others in their work group and in other groups negatively with no ramifications. Don't listen to those with direct experience. Don't honor work life balance.
