Pros
Great company that is really focused on helping you grow and making sure everyone is able to have a life outside of the work place with our extensive PTO policy and new work from home policy.
Cons
Manager's can be sure to take more time to help new employees and not expect them to have extensive knowledge right off the bat (this is very rare, but the only thing that I could think of that I negatively experienced with one Manager.
