Pros
Only been here a year. Still evaluating, but so far I am very happy with my career choice. The partner I work for has been supportive and available.
Cons
I have run into a couple of Crowe-bots that are arrogant idiots, but I expected that. Nothing systemic to report at this point, but again, I have only been here around a year or so. I find that it takes a couple of years to fully get to know your environment.
