      Pros

      Great place to work, great culture, with good benefits (parental leave), and a very flexible mobility strategy! It is a great firm to get the good public accounting experience that Big Four offer, but enjoy a more casual atmosphere, Midwestern philosophy, where the priorities start with the people!

      Cons

      Busy season in public accounting is stressful everywhere. Things can get hectic, but nothing crazy!
