      Pros

      Cubicles were pretty spacious with multiple drawers to store files. Paperless filing systems.

      Cons

      Not a good learning environment, especially for a first year. Certain partners and management need to learn to treat employees with respect. Work needed to be distributed more evenly among employees. Partners and management need to be more willing to answer questions. Hostile environment at times.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Cons

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
