Pros
Travel Benefits are great and it is one of the few departments that do not advocate a per diem. Give you full autonomy regardless of position so there is a greater opportunity to learn though there training is similar to throwing you in the ocean in order to learn how to swim.
Cons
You make less than a big 4 company but work just as hard even though they advocate better work/life balance or "50%" travel (50% being Monday through Thursday). The trade off is learning and being responsible for more as well as flying Thursday instead of Friday. There is little to no structure and their products are underdeveloped though sold with higher expectations which sets unreasonable deadlines.
