      Good people and culture, will get thrown in the mix right away.

      Cons

      Upward mobility a clear issue, some figure it out sooner than others. The firm seems very slow to promote to partner.

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
