Pros
- The benefits package is solid, and the pay is okay. - They're for real about the What to Wear and Where to Work. It's really nice getting to wear jeans to the office, and you'll be well equipped to work at home. - Good PTO package.
Cons
- The office was cold and clique-ish. Even though Crowe makes a lot of noise about building a great culture, I never saw that. Apart from a handful of friendly people, most employees were closed off and unwelcoming. - Annual bonus of less than 1%. - If you get a bad boss, you're screwed. It's really difficult to elevate concerns.
