Pros
Each branch of the firm is small so decisions are taken quickly. For people with caliber, it easier and faster to climb up the ladder.
Cons
Should hire more staff. Efforts should be made to provide more quality in audits. Since, its a service based industry, employees should be valued more. 6 day work week is too tiresome. Also, each branch of the firm has different rules and procedures.
